The video above is about future technologies. When i first watched the video, i was like 'whoa how cool','how cool is it going to be if there's a store like that here in Indonesia'. Someday maybe those technologies will also be available in our country, yes, someday. There are some things that i'd like to give a comment from the video. Here they are...
- The implementation of Pervasive ComputingPervasive Computing could be described as an improvement in the implementation of information and telecommunication technology into humans daily life and environments. It could also said as a condition where the presence of computer is no longer detected, as the computer has become an invisible "assistant" for its users. In the video, we could say that all the stuff that is used is automatic, and connected. The technology totally blends in humans daily life, and it makes an user-friendly environment, which then makes humans life becomes easier.
- The use of RFID technologyRFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a method of identifying things with the RFID tag as a medium, or a trasnponder to store and retrieve data remotely. RFID tag or RFID card is something that could be installed in a product, animal, or even human with the purpose of identifying using radio frequency. RFID tag is different from barcode, because unlike barcode it doesn't need any direct contact with the RFID tag reader/interogator. The RFID tag consists of silicon microchip and antenna. It is used in many industries, such as pharmacy, agriculture, and automotive.
- Touch Screen technology
Touch screen technology makes humans easier to access or make a contact with digital devices. It gives more broad access to its users.
